At Cream City Fútbol Co., we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Below are the key points of our return and exchange policy.
Order Changes (Within 24 Hours)
Orders can be updated within 24 hours of purchase for:
- Size changes
- Address corrections
- Item adjustments
Please email support@creamcityfutbolero.com as soon as possible.
Size Exchanges
We allow size exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:
- Item is unworn
- Tags are attached
- Item is in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items meet return conditions.
- $13 restocking fee per item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Custom jerseys (names, numbers, patches, personalization)
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Tags attached
- Returned in original condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Refund Processing
- Returns are inspected upon arrival
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.
