At Cream City Fútbol Co., we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please review our policy below regarding order changes, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Changes (Within 24 Hours)
Customers may request changes to an order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.
This includes:
- Size changes
- Address corrections
- Item adjustments
Please email support@creamcityfutbolero.com as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, as orders may already be processed or prepared for shipping.
Size Exchanges
We allow size exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn
- Tags must be attached
- Item must be in original condition
Shipping responsibility:
- Customer pays return shipping for exchanges
- If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, wrong size sent), we will cover return shipping and provide a return label
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item meets return conditions:
- Unworn
- Tags attached
- Original condition
A $13 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom jerseys (names, numbers, patches, or personalization)
- Sale or clearance items
These items are considered final sale.
Eligible Returns
The following items may be returned if they meet condition requirements:
- Blank jerseys
- Standard apparel
- Non-custom products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
We will provide a replacement at no cost.
No restocking fees or shipping fees will apply.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Return Conditions
To qualify for any return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn
- Items must not be washed
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To start a return, exchange, or report an issue:

Include:
- Order number
- Name on order
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if item is damaged or incorrect
We will provide next steps.
Processing Time
- Returns are inspected upon arrival
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Exchanges are shipped once the original item is received and reviewed
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
